Background:

Ken W. Good has over 25 years experience handling and assisting in multimillion dollar cases that cover a wide spectrum of areas including business and medical liability claims, products liability, patent cases, toxic tort and surety and fidelity bonds.  Ken has argued important cases before the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.  Ken has the distinction of winning his first case in both the Supreme Court of Texas and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals 9 to 0 which means that all of the judges agreed with Ken’s arguments.

Ken “grew up” practicing law in the area of medical malpractice defense.  He was taught early on that you are nicer to the opposing side than they are to you and you are meaner to the opposing side than they are to you and you allow the other side to set the tone.  

Ken has many years of experience drafting proposed charges, arguing the charging conference and handling any subsequent appeal.  Ken has been the go to guy for numerous attorneys as the problem solver for big problems.  Ken has extensive experience being first chair at trial and in giving legal backup to others.

Approximately 15 years ago, Ken was hired by a bondsman to assist in setting aside 45 default judgments and when this was completed word of mouth spread and this area has grown into a statewide practice representing insurance companies to underwrite bail bonds.
